Cooking
Biscuit. 1. The softened butter vzbit with sugar until white.
2. Continuing to whisk, add eggs one at a time.

4. In a separate bowl mix the flour, salt and cocoa.
5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the cream eggs and sour cream (severely beat is not necessary)
6. Preheat the oven to 180°. Form grease with butter (I have a form of 28 cm, the smaller, the cake will be higher). Bake for 40 minutes.
Cream. 1. Mascarpone and condensed milk beat until power. (If you decide to make a cream with butter, first beat butter for 5 minutes, then add the condensed milk in there)
Meringue. For the meringue all the products and utensils should be cold. Beat whites for 5 minutes with lemon juice. Then gradually add the powdered sugar. Whisk for 15 minutes. On baking paper put the cake into 2 cm smaller than your cake form. Bake at 110° for 2 hours.
Collect the cake: 1. cool the sponge and cut into 2 pieces
2. To lubricate the lower part half of the cream and generously sprinkle with the nuts. (I'm a little soaked cakes milk)
3. Gently cover with a Meringue crust, just spread and sprinkle with nuts.
