Cooking
We need these products.
The cherries pre-thawed on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. Drain excess liquid through a colander and dry on paper towel. Chocolate chopped. I used dark chocolate, but can be any.
Butter room temperature to mix with sugar into a homogeneous mass. Then add the cheese and egg yolk. Mix well.
Sift the flour, add the salt and baking powder. Half of the resulting flour to add in cottage cheese and stir. Then add the cherries and chocolate. Mix well.
To add the remaining flour and stir gently.
Should get a thick sticky dough.
On the table lay plastic wrap in two layers. Then with wet hands spread on her dough sausage, with a diameter of about 4-5 cm. Tightly wrap the dough in plastic wrap, to secure the end and put in the fridge, in the freezer for 40 minutes.
Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Coat the baking pan with baking paper. Take the dough, remove the foil and cut the dough slices thickness approximately 1 see
Put the cookie slices on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
Cookies comes out like this brown!
Before serving the cookies, if desired, you can decorate with icing sugar. I had enough sweets, so I sprinkled.
