Roulade of salmon with rice with
Baked fish meatloaf turns out flavorful and delicious and the rice and vegetables are beneficial to its complement, turning it into a hearty dish.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    800 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Nori

    2 piece

  • Figure

    50 g

  • Pepper

    100 g

  • Parsley

    15 g

  • Sauce-marinade

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

The salmon fillet washed, remove skin, remove seeds and slice.

Place in a blender.

For chopped fish, add the carrots, grated on a fine grater, and pepper.

Then add Kikkoman soy sauce and mix well.

Roll wrap in foil and send to prepare in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 25 min.
