Cooking
The salmon fillet washed, remove skin, remove seeds and slice.
For chopped fish, add the carrots, grated on a fine grater, and pepper.
Then add Kikkoman soy sauce and mix well.
Food film to distribute fish mince.
For the filling we will need boiled rice (I have bubble mix), bell pepper, diced, and parsley.
In a bowl, combine the rice, pepper and parsley.
Add sauce Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade and mix well.
On top of the nori sheets spread the filling.
Roll wrap in foil and send to prepare in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 25 min.
Then roll to deploy and cook for another 10 minutes.
