Cooking
To prepare the fish, cut off head, gut, and well wash.
To prepare the marinade. I have fennel and caraway seeds shown in the photo in small coffee spoons - this is for illustrative purposes. Used them in a pinch.
Put in a saucepan to heat up water. When it boils, add all the spices, salt, vinegar and peeled onion, reduce the fire to low and cook for 10 minutes. Cool.
