Chicken steak
Delicious, tender and juicy chops for 5 minutes. And cooking is easy, and the result is excellent. Chops are convenient to take along on the road trip. They are good both hot and cold. Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Marjoram

    1 pinch

Chicken breast portions cut pieces and with a sharp knife without any extra effort to "beat" each piece. It is not to be cut and neat Bob with a knife chops on both sides. Chops lightly prisolit and pepper. In a Cup pour in the soy sauce. Add marjoram and egg. Good all beat.

Each steak liberally coat in the egg-soy marinade and roll in flour. On high heat fry the chops with the two sides literally a couple of minutes.
