Cooking
Fry the wild mushrooms in a small amount of oil, salt to taste and add your favorite spices as desired. I fried mushrooms in ghee with sliced red onion. The mushrooms I had frozen, already cooked and chopped. I pre-thawed. Boil eggs in steep. Cool eggs and sauteed mushrooms.
In a salad bowl put the mushrooms, corn from a jar (drained), chop the eggs.
Chop the green onions, salt and pepper to taste. Add sour cream and mayonnaise.
Mix well. And the final touch - a handful of pine nuts. You can not add, but with nuts salad is a holiday. Stir and serve.
