Chicken salad with pineapple
Recipes chicken salad a lot, almost as much as Housewives who prepare them! This recipe was borrowed from an Italian culinary program (the Italians love all kinds of chicken salads - insalata di pollo). I decided to try to cook. The result is very pleased - very easy, very simple and very tasty! I would be glad if you will like it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    400 g

  • Pineapple

    0.5 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Curry paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Bread

    3 slice

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • Allspice

    4 piece

  • Thyme

    2 sprig

Chicken Breasts cut into strips (do not beat), put in a deep bowl, add soy sauce, white wine, Bay leaf and fragrant pepper. Leave everything to marinate for 30 minutes.

Preheat a grill pan. Sprinkle it slightly with olive oil and toss a few sprigs of thyme (optional). Fry chicken breast on both sides until cooked. Most importantly, do not overdry.

The chicken is ready to temporarily set aside and let cool slightly.

To prepare a pineapple. You will need only half of the not very large pineapple. But, of course, the quantity of all ingredients can be changed according to your discretion and taste.

Pineapple peel and cut into small pieces. Put into a bowl.

Celery cut into thinner and add to the pineapple.

Chicken cut into pieces, about the same size as a pineapple. Put into a bowl.

For the dressing mix a spoonful of mayonnaise (you can substitute sour cream) and a spoonful of curry sauce (original - mustard). Mix well. You can give the salad stand in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Before serving, the leaves of green salad wash and dry. Spread on a serving dish.

Bread lightly grind in a blender and fry on a dry pan...

Chicken salad to spread on the greens and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Serve immediately!
