Description
There are many versions of minestrone. I cook this recipe. Quickly and easily it is cooked in multivarka Vitek 4200R. It creates the effect of "longing", as in the Russian stove, and Kharcho soup is especially tasty.

Cooking
Wash the meat, cut into small pieces.
Walnuts grind in a blender, or pound in a mortar together with the peppercorns.
Peel the onion and slice.
Cilantro wash, dry and chop.
Hot peppers wash and cut into thin rings.
The garlic, peel and pound.
Enable multiverse mode Broiling.
Melt the lamb fat, then add the oil and fry the onion for 7 minutes.
