Cheese tart
Cheese dough and cheese filling, tart for cheese lovers. Crispy base, gentle stretching toppings!

Ingredients

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Cream

    150 ml

Parmesan three on a coarse grater.

Proteins separated from the yolks. Butter room temperature, egg yolks, salt stir.

Add flour and knead the dough. If the dough crumbles, add a couple tablespoons of cold water. I water was not needed. Roll the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

Cheese grate on a coarse grater.

The dough is distributed on the bottom of the form, I have a form of 20*20 cm.

Lay out the cheese.

Lightly stir the whites, add the cream and pour a lot of cheese. Put in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 35 - 40 minutes

The finished cake made entirely of all-in-one forms, as I have better not pull out. The pastry is fragile and crumbly. If you serve the cake without form, cover it with baking paper.
