Puff roses in cheese-shrimp sauce
Holiday meal at my table were baked puff pastry roses with trout in a cheese-shrimp sauce. They are delicious both hot and cold. This is a lovely, delicate and delicious appetizer on the holiday table that will not leave anyone indifferent!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    400 g

    30 g

  • Trout

    150 g

  • Shrimp

    50 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Thyme

  • Potato starch

    20 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    6 piece

Cooking

Prepare sauce - milk, starch, egg yolks and thyme to combine and cook in a water bath, stirring occasionally.

Add in the thickened cheese sauce, sour cream, lemon juice, salt (you can add your favorite seasoning) and chopped cooked shrimp. Cook in a water bath until complete dissolution of cheese.

The dough is thawed, a little roll and a glass cut out circles (for 1 rose I have gone 10 rounds).
