Vegetable soup with shrimp
Absolutely air vegetable soup with creamy taste and shrimp. Preparing in 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Asparagus

    100 g

  • Shrimp

    250 g

  • Curry paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Broth

    2 cup

  • Cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

    2 sprig

  • Spices

  • Lime

    1 piece

Shrimp salt and pepper, add lime juice (or lemon), leave aside. Do not pay attention to my huge shrimp, you can use any.

Young zucchini or zucchini, carrots grate on the Korean grater (with zucchini to remove the peel). Bell pepper finely chopped.

The onion and finely chop the greens (I have coriander).

Canned asparagus rinse with water and cut into rings.

Add the cream and spices to taste. I salt was not added, I have the broth quite salty. But suggest to add powdered dried shrimp or bouillon cube with shrimp flavor. Boil for a few minutes, turn off the heat.

While cooking the soup, shrimp stew in a small pan, adding a little water, 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. I cooked a little longer based on the size of the shrimp. Serve soup prepared with shrimps (I cut the rings) and a slice of lime.
