Simple vegetable casserole with chicken breast
Yesterday by chance I saw on the web like the recipe, watching the news in social networks and remembered that I have long wanted to try this formation for a savoury pie. Pies lately, I rarely eat, but the vegetables and chicken breast almost constantly, and there this simple and delicious recipe for beautiful zapekanki. It is quite suitable for the diet (90ккал/100g), go treat!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Suluguni cheese

  • Chicken egg

  • Sour cream

Gonna marinate a chicken breast. Mustard+cream+spices to taste. I had dry ginger, dry garlic, Basil, salt

While the chicken is marinating chop the zucchini (my zucchini) and carrot into slices with a slicer

To fill the well with a fork to mix eggs, sour cream and spices (garlic, salt, ginger, ground red chili pepper)

Spread the vegetables in a circle in shape, alternating with chicken breast. Cut cheese in small pieces and add it between the layers
