Soup with buckwheat and red cabbage
The Magazine "Lisa. A nice lunch," suggested soup recipe with absolutely stunning, unusual set of products. I could not resist, have prepared and now recommend to you! Unusual, fragrant, full-bodied flavors of the soup will bring variety to the family menu. From myself I will add - it is very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    2 piece

  • Buckwheat

    0.5 cup

  • Cabbage, red,

    0.25 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Chicken pour in 3.5 litres of cold water, bring to boil, remove the foam, cook for 20 minutes. In the broth add the buckwheat and cook for 20 minutes.

Chop onions, carrots and celery cut into arbitrary pieces. Prepared vegetables and fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.

Red shred cabbage, add to the vegetables, fry for 2 minutes.
