Soup of turnip
Delicious and healthy turnip soup turns out very tender consistency. Adding unusual spices to give the dish a spicy flavor and mild pungency. Rutabagas can replace turnips.

Ingredients

  • Rutabaga

    400 g

  • Broth

    250 ml

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Spices

    0.333 tsp

  • Green onions

Cooking

Carrots peel, cut into small cubes. Simmer in a pan with hot oil for 5-7 minutes.

Braised turnips put them in a saucepan, pour broth and cook on slow heat for 15-20 minutes.

Then add the salt and grated spices.

That's the kind of spice I added. Remind the birch catkins.

With an immersion blender to turn the soup into a puree.

Stir in the natural yoghurt, stir and serve hot, sprinkled with chopped green onions.
