Homemade chicken kebabs in batter
In the spring, warm weekend my family spent in the countryside. And picnic I have tried to create something original, so I decided to make homemade kebabs of chicken fillet fried on skewers. The dish doesn't require much time to cook and very tasty. We recommend you to prepare!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    800 g

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Allspice

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Milk

    0.25 cup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

For marinating, we need: chicken fillet, balsamic vinegar, ground black pepper, 1 clove garlic and soy sauce TM Kikkoman.

Cut chicken into thin, long slices.

Now make a marinade. In a Cup combine ingredients for marinade: balsamic vinegar, soy sauce TM Kikkoman, black pepper, salt (to taste), garlic, 2st. L. sunflower oil. Mix everything. (The butter gives the chicken meat soft.)

Pour the marinade chicken pieces, stir and leave for 1.5 hours.

After 1.5 hours, the chicken fillet is marinated and now take the marinated fillets on wooden skewers.

Coat each skewer with smoke the fillets in the flour.

Prepare the batter: for the batter, sift a Cup of flour, pour in the milk, 3 egg yolks, salt to taste. Stir until smooth. Put into the fridge for 0.5 hours. 3 chilled protein whisk and pour in the batter. And mix again. The resulting batter I would to thick. A thick batter - more heavy, but it "sticks" to the surface of the product.

Each skewer fillet dip in batter. Take a large frying pan and fry the fillet on skewers in sunflower oil, until Golden brown on all sides.
