Cooking

step-0
For preparation of this snacks you can take any seafood separately, and a cocktail. I took a cocktail of squid, mussels, shrimp, octopus. Very good this snack is derived from scallops. Seafood to get in advance and give them to spontaneously thaw by putting in a colander. Next, boil about 1 l of water and shed seafood with boiling water in colander.
step-1
Prepare the marinade. Mix 4 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce, dry ginger root, fresh-ground black pepper and squeezed through a garlic chesnokodavilku.
step-2
Mix the seafood with the marinade and put in a cold place for 30 minutes.
step-3
Take onion and red bell pepper, cut into strips.
step-4
In advance, prepare the sauce-dressing. Mix the sweet soy sauce from Kikkoman (2 tbsp), with a dry white wine (original rice) (2 tablespoons), 2 tablespoons water and corn starch. If you don't have sweet soy sauce, then take the usual soy sauce from Kikkoman and add 1 tbsp.a spoonful of sugar.
step-5
For cooking it is better to take the wok. For lack, use a frying pan (skillet) with a thick bottom. In vegetable oil 2 minutes, sauté onion and bell pepper.
step-6
The seafood and gently squeeze from the marinade and add to vegetables. Fry over high heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
step-7
Pour seafood with vegetables sauce, dressing, stir and immediately turn off the fire, the sauce thickens quickly and can burn. Salt is not added.
step-8
Snack immediately, sprinkled with green onions, sliced feathers. This appetizer is delicious both hot and cold. Bon appetit! Happiness to You and Your family in the New year!
