Cake crab-herring
This recipe "attacked" me in one social network, and I immediately wanted to try it. Share result) are Interesting appetizer, but next time I'll try without the third layer of bread - to me it was too much.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Crab sticks

    200 g

  • Bread

    6 slice

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Pistachios

    50 g

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

First prepare the filling: finely grind the herring, onion and Apple.

Add a spoon of mayonnaise and stir.

Second prepare the stuffing: Crab sticks and green onions finely chop.

Heat butter crab sticks for about a minute, add the onion and another minute to warm up together.

Now shape the cakes. The first layer of bread toast put some stuffed herring.

Close second toast and coat with a layer of crab stuffing (well it blindly) and will lay the third layer of toast.

Using silicone grease with scraper 3 sides of the cake with a soft cream cheese.

Sprinkle with chopped pistachios to decorate and 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
