Potato pancakes
This is the first Christmas without my father, I decided to make them so beloved potato pancakes, as he did - we had a tradition: I came to visit on HIS PANCAKES... to be tender and very filling. Help yourself! On a frosty evening in the company - what you need!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    6 piece

  • Corn starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Salt

    2 tsp

Wash and peel the potatoes

3 onions cut into arbitrary slices
