Casserole lumberjack
This is a very delicious, juicy and hearty casserole will not leave anyone indifferent!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

    0.333 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Boil peeled potatoes in salted water.

In vegetable oil fry the onion. Add the mushrooms, simmer 5 minutes.

Add the beef, simmer until beef is no longer pink.

On a dry pan fry the flour until it changes color.

Add the flour to the mince, mix well, season with salt and pepper, simmer for another 5 minutes. You can optionally add another spoon of sour cream.

Prepare the mashed potatoes: drain the water, chop the potatoes, add the egg and butter. Then grate the cheese and stir in puree half of the grated cheese.

In the form put half of the potato mass. Then mince.

On top lay the remaining potatoes. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese.

Bake at 180 degrees until Golden brown.
