Lemon muffins in a slow cooker

Description

Wonderful, very flavorful and homemade cakes in multivarka Vitek VT-4215 BW. Get 10 cupcakes.

Ingredients

Chicken egg

Yolk egg

2 piece
Sugar

160 g
Flour

220 g
Leavening agent

8 g
Milk

100 ml
Butter

70 g
Salt

0.25 tsp
Lemon peel

Cooking

Enable multiverse mode "Baking" 45 minutes. Let it warmed up while we are busy preparing the test.

Melt butter and combine with hot milk. The result is a warm mixture.

Beat the eggs and yolks with sugar into a lush foam.
