Green soup with Turkey
Enjoy healthy and delicious soup, any labor you will have to cook this soup, and most importantly low-calorie!

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    400 g

  • Broccoli

    200 g

  • Green beans

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Dill

  • Cauliflower

    100 g

Cooking

Turkey fillet wash, pour 1.5 liters of water, bring to a boil, remove scum and cook on low heat for 40 minutes

Onions and carrots cut into cubes

Pour into the pan of sunflower oil

Sauté onions and carrots until Golden brown

Potatoes cut into cubes

In the boiling broth, add potatoes, cook for 10 minutes

Roasted onions and carrots, to taste salt and pepper

Cook over low heat until tender.
