Cooking
Put to boil the chicken. As the brisket, and wings (to taste). In the broth add Bay leaf and a little salt.
While cooking chicken, prepare the dough for dumplings. Mix flour, egg, chopped cheese and a little salt. Leave for a while...
Sliced tomato, iceberg lettuce ( not chopped)and parsley. I have already been harvested frozen: green onion, dill, parsley. FYI, iceberg lettuce is great for improving thyroid function, the nervous and digestive systems, improves overall body tone. It tastes sweet, juicy, crunchy.
Chicken chop ( cut) to the desired pieces and drop back into the broth. Dumplings are also immersed in the broth. They are not cooked long ~ 5 minutes, they should float. Add the tomatoes, salad leaves and herbs, a little black pepper. 3 minutes keep on the stove to boil. The soup is ready!!! The taste is awesome! :) very important - no need to simmer the soup on the stove, because the herbs and lettuce in it to crackle.
