Homemade tartare sauce. Smoked trout with wild rice, this in itself is delicious, and if you add to this company a sweet cherry, fragrant oranges and homemade tartare will make for a great salad that can replace dinner.

Cooking
Wild rice should be boiled, and 1 part of rice is taken 3 parts of water. The willingness of wild rice can be identified by cracked grains.
