Chicken cutlets in cream sauce
The recipe I got online, but added and their ingredients based on the tastes of my family. The most important thing in the dish is the sauce. Garnish will fit the pasta or rice noodles.

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    500 g

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Bread

    2 slice

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

In minced chicken add semolina, egg, salt and pepper to taste, also add pre-soaked in cream white bread, all neatly kneaded

Fry in vegetable oil small-size patties on a hot pan, shaping them with wet hands

Fry them until half done, so there was a crust on both sides

On a separate hot pan, make a sauce: pour the cream, add butter

After complete dissolution of the cheese and put the tomato puree, allow to stew for 3-5 minutes, then gently spread the sauce already prepared cutlets. And let them stew for 10-15 minutes. That's all!!!
