Muffins
Fragrant, wet cupcakes with a rich chocolate taste and orange slices. Even more like melt in your mouth brownies! Come on in, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Lemon peel

    0.5 tsp

  • Turmeric

Cooking

Melt the chocolate with 1tbsp.l. cream.

Beat softened butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and cocoa.

To this mixture add the flour, add the chocolate mixture, and beat.

In the dough add the peeled and diced orange and stir. I bought the orange, cleaned, and it's pink, like a grapefruit, but not bitter, I had to put in the dough this hybrid.

Put the dough in a greased mold. I got 8 PCs.

Put in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees. Allow to cool in tins completely. And once you might want to try :-X this delicious... can't... ;D only when cooled! Cupcakes are very delicate, so can break!

Gently, the tip of a knife lightly push the edges of the muffins from the tins and carefully turn the cooled cupcakes on a platter. One immediately took the eldest daughter. ;-)

Make the glaze: melt 50 g butter, 2 tbsp sour cream 150 g of sugar, cook 5 minutes, add the zest and turmeric, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.

Hot water frosting to the cupcakes.

That's the beauty I did it! Muffins are very tender and flavorful! And shokoladnye..... Yes with pieces of juicy orange... hot! Pour coffee or tea and enjoy!
