Empanadas with bean filling
Made pasties with unusual bean filling. We liked it. Try to offer to you! Of course, can be cooked with boiled beans, but I was attacked by laziness. The amount of onions you can take to your taste. It seems to me that the more, the better.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    700 g

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Vodka

    1 Tbsp

  • Beans

    2 can

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Coriander

    2 tsp

Cooking

Peel and chop the onions. Fry it in vegetable oil until transparent state. Add to it the pounded coriander.

With beans drain the liquid, rinse with boiled water

From flour, water, soda, oil and vinegar, vodka make a dough. Flour may need more or less, adjust the course of action. Leave it under the Cup on 40-50 minutes.
