Pie with apricots and strategem
Conventional homemade pie: soft, airy and easy to manufacture.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Apricot

    300 g

Melt SL. oil (2st. L.), mixed with sugar (0,5 Cup), milk, soda, eggs and flour. Put into a form.

A dough - apricot or other fruits. If from juice, you must drain in a sieve, to glass liquid.

Butter (3st. L.), remove from refrigerator, RUB on a grater, mix with sugar and flour. Get a little of streusel. Sprinkle the pie, and send in the oven for 40 minutes at the temperature 180-200 gr.
