House a complete mess... we do repair, oven yeast bread had no strength, had to come up with bread based on the availability of products and... quickly.

Ingredients

  • Dry milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Rye flour

    160 g

  • Flour

    340 g

  • Serum

    500 ml

  • Soda

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    1 tsp

First, in a bowl, mix dry ingredients, proseem flour of wheat and rye, add the oats, salt, sugar, coriander powder, dry milk, stir. In frying pan, pour 2 tbsp vegetable oil, onion peel, wash and finely chop, fry in vegetable oil at the end of cooking I added 1 tsp. vegetable seasoning (to taste, so to speak)

To dry mixture add lightly beaten eggs, fried onions, 2 tbsp vegetable oil.

Pour the whey and add soda, which quickly reacts with the serum, mix up all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass.

The prepared mixture was poured into the baking dish, even out with a spoon. The oven heated to 180*C and with a sense of accomplishment send our bread for 40-45 minutes (readiness check wooden stick).

Hurray!!! The bread is ready, remove it from the mold, allow to cool for about 30 minutes and come to eat!!!
