Fruit soup
A light soup, almost like in kindergarten. Good option when you are tired of cereals and omelettes for Breakfast, cooked very quickly.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Prunes

    50 g

  • Raisins

    40 g

  • Figure

    6 Tbsp

  • Juice

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    2 tsp

  • Salt

Here is a simple set of products from which we will prepare.

In boiling, slightly salted water, lay the rice, cook until cooked, the water is drained.

While the rice is cooking, cut the dried plums into strips, the Apple cubes. If you want a transparent soup instead of juice, take the apricots and add the prunes, it gives a dark color.

In a small saucepan, collecting water, allow to boil. Put the fruit.

When the water boils, put a pinch of salt and sugar. Not periclasite, we still have a sweet juice)

Cook the fruit until transparent apples. Add the cooked rice. Dissolve the starch in the juice and pour, stirring, into the soup.

Cook for another minute. That's basically all)

With soup you can experiment, add your favorite berries, cream - someone like that) Bon appetit!
