Salad
Sometimes there's just no strength to cook dinner something laborious and time-consuming. Then come to the rescue of salads. Recently on one of the cooking websites I found an interesting salad, the gem of which is the sauce. Turned out delicious, nutritious and relatively easy dinner!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

  • Broth

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

Meanwhile, make the sauce. In clarified butter lightly fry the chicken liver. Pour 2 tbsp of broth or water and simmer over low heat until whitening of the liver.

Hot liver rubs with a fork until smooth.

Add mustard and lemon juice.

Start whipping the cream until creamy and smooth, in small portions enter the liver in sour cream. To taste add salt, pepper, spices.

Collect salad. 1st layer: torn lettuce. Cover with the sauce.

2 layer: cut into thin rings onion, pour over boiling water and squeeze. To put on top of salad and pour over the sauce.

3 layer: grate the whites. Put in a bowl and pour over the sauce.

Layer 4: Apple peel, cut into strips. Cover with the sauce.

5 layer: grated egg yolk.
