Snack with seeds
The appetizer I tried at a Greek inhabited island called Zakynthos. The recipe uses the traditional"ouzo", but I think it can be successfully replaced by vodka or cognac...

Ingredients

  • Sweet pepper

    2 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.333 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Pumpkin seeds

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower seeds

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vodka

    6 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare the vegetables: cut into thin slices, onions and sweet peppers, chili pepper, chopped dill, too.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, peppers for 10 minutes(approximately). Then add the fennel, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

Add salt, black pepper, pour vodka. Leave another two minutes on the fire. The food is ready. Bon appetit!
