This interesting recipe I took from the magazine "Collection of recipes" - a dish of cottage cheese, but quite a bit changed it. My this dish very much! Fans of garlic are perfect!

Cooking
Zucchini wash, dry, cut into thin longitudinal slices. Brush with oil and fry in a pan for 2 minutes on each side. To do the same with eggplant, but a little longer to fry. Allow to cool. Pepper and cucumber washed and cut into thin strips.
Garlic peel and chop. Mix it with cottage cheese, softened. Add chopped onion and fennel, black pepper and salt. Mix everything.
Now my tomatoes and cut it (if possible) in oblong stripes. Now we need to put a little cheese on the strips of zucchini and eggplant. Add a few strips of cucumber, peppers, striped tomatoes and leaves of parsley. A collapsible roll.
Put on the dish vertically. That's all! The food is ready! Bon Appetit!!!
