Description

Easter cottage cheese
Very gentle. A traditional Easter dish.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Raisins

  • Vanilla sugar

Cooking

Separate the yolks from the whites. RUB the yolks and butter, add the vanilla sugar.

Curd 2-3 times through a sieve.

Add in the pounded mass of the oil, knead thoroughly.

Add whipped into foam proteins

Raisins.

Knead thoroughly until smooth. Let the mixture boil while stirring and remove from heat, stirring to cool.

Put the form in a bowl. The inside of the cover with gauze folded in 2 layers.

In the form put the cheese mixture.

Put on top of a small oppression and refrigerate for 2 days.

Before serving the Passover gently remove from the mold. If desired decorate with raisins and candied fruit.
