Reviewed a large number of recipes, but this here is not found. Happy to share with you the recipe of one of the favorite desserts in our family. He is incredibly gentle! This is because once baked, two crust - shortbread and meringue. Yummy!!!

Ingredients

Prepare the dough for 1 crust. From egg yolks, sugar, melted butter, soda, flour knead the dough. Flour may need a little more, it all depends on its quality. (I put an additional 3 tbsp.) Shape the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes

Now 2 cake. While the dough is cooled, you can whisk the egg whites. Gently, adding a tablespoon of sugar. Not yet dissolved first, the next do not put.

Whip as for meringue until stable peaks and complete dissolution of sugar. (you can replace sugar with powdered sugar - it will go faster)

Divide chilled dough into 4 parts. There will be 4 layers.
