Very tender brioche that can be used not only for home burgers, but just for tea with butter. Any jam or condensed milk is also not ruin their taste. I recommend you to try to bake. But if you have a bread maker, on cooking you do not spend much.

Cooking
Of these ingredients knead the dough straight dough method. I knead the dough in the bread maker.
After the time remove dough from bread machine, place in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap or a lid. Leave to increase lift.
That's the way it went up after about 40-60 minutes.
Flatten the dough into round rolls weighing approximately 95 grams. and lay them on a baking sheet. I got 11 pieces.
Cover the baking sheet with rolls of film or just a plastic bag and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
Grease the rolls with vegetable oil after the increase in volume.
Bake at 180 gr. approximately 35 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Cool scones on a wire rack.
