Coffee and chocolate muffins without eggs and butter
Delicious muffins with chocolate taste and aroma of berries, not cloying, a little bit inside, not in calories - try? Prepared very quickly! The recipe was found on a foreign website - the changes are quite small, replaced the milk in the yogurt - so the name was kept.

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    120 g

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Coffee natural

    3 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    50 ml

  • Jam

    4 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.33 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    10 g

  • Mint

Serving small - 6 small muffins. Combine the flour, cocoa and soda

The coffee dissolves the sugar, add the yogurt,3 tbsp of the marmalade and stir.

Quickly stir both mixtures.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Bake for 12-15 minutes.

In a microwave naret to jam and mix with chocolate. Grease the hot muffins and leave them to cool. Decorate with mint as desired.
