Liver pate
My version of pate. Very tasty and easy to spread on bread! This dish is like, even those who can't stand liver!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    800 g

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Butter

  • Basil

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

On a large amount of butter fry the finely chopped onion.

Also fry the grated on a coarse grater carrots.

Fry the liver until cooked. In the process of cooking add the Basil, salt and pepper.

Grind all the ingredients in a blender.
