Pork baked with herbs
I actually baked the pork as often, but got on the site Italian restaurant and it turned out that it almost Tuscan. Who would have thought!

Ingredients

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Rosemary

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

A piece of pork lard in small pieces garlic (2 cloves cut into the case).

Even one clove chopped finely-finely, add finely chopped needles of rosemary, mix with olive oil, RUB this mixture into meat thoroughly with salt on all sides, and pepper.

Put in a sleeve for baking, invest inside a sprig of rosemary.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees, about a half hour.
