Greek, monastery, home, rural... there just no names. And all recipes are different. The essence is the same - fillet, baked with vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    6 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Cooking

The fish defrosts, clean vegetables, egg cook

Baking dish lightly greased with sunflower oil, carrots cut into thin slices and put on the bottom of the form (the fish will not burn)

The carrot pillow lay the fish (I cut each fillet in half), salt, season with pepper or spices for fish (I don't like the taste of bluff IMHO)
