Cooking
Mix the flour, butter, cocoa, powdered sugar. Grind the mass with your hands until obtaining fine crumbs.
Add egg yolk and a pinch of salt. Stir quickly and knead with your hands a uniform batter.
Shape it a ball and put into the cold for 30 minutes. Then roll the dough thinly, put in molds for tartlets and again to remove in the cold for the cooking time of the filling.
