Description
This is perhaps the most delicious ice cream I ate. The bread here is in the form of caramelized crumbs and adds a nice sweet hrustenko. Well, the pine nuts give this ice cream a little piquancy and faint pine scent.

Cooking
Crumble the bread into small pieces with a blender.
In a saucepan melt the butter.
Remove from heat, add bread crumbs, pine nuts, salt, cinnamon, sugar. Mix well.
I took brown sugar TM "Mistral" Demerara fine. He has a mild caramel flavor and is great for desserts.
Distribute the mixture in a small baking dish and bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes. The crumbs should be well roasted.
Now do ice cream. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and 200 ml. of cream.
Milk, 200 ml. cream and brown sugar TM Mistral bring to a boil. To the yolks in a thin stream, stirring constantly, pour hot cream with milk.
To return to the fire. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
Then pour the thickened mixture into the cream-cheese mass, add the rum, vanilla and mix well.
Cool. Put the tray or container and put into the freezer. Stir with a fork every 30 minutes. 3 mixing, add the crumbs with the nuts, mix well and put into the freezer until complete freezing.
Served to the table! Bon appetit! From this number of products is slightly more than a liter of ice cream.
