Pie with rhubarb and raspberries
Very delicious and very simple cake. The dough without yeast, eggs and milk.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Sugar

    170 g

  • Water

    120 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    55 ml

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Rhubarb

    300 g

  • Raspberry

    2 handful

For the dough will need - flour, water, sunflower oil, vanilla, baking powder, sugar, soda, salt.

Prepare the dough. All the ingredients pour into a container and pour all the liquid, mix well with a mixer. (On Sahara. Sugar does not decrease, let it be, as in the recipe. Otherwise, a delicious cake will not be...) Silicone form grease with oil and put part of the test. A wet hand to spread it on the bottom of the mold. Spread on the dough stuffing. On top of the filling, rest of batter and razravnyat a wet hand. Put the form in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 - 30 minutes.

The pie is baked. Flip the form upside down onto a large plate.

Wait until it cools down a bit, and sprinkle the top with icing sugar.

I cut the pie into 8 parts.
