Cucumber baskets with salad
Saw the idea in the magazine "Delicious recipes" in "Children's kitchen". So I liked this presentation of the salad, I decided to share with You, dear Cooks

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 tsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

Potatoes, carrots and beets to boil until tender. Cool. Clean

Cucumbers wash, dry and cut into thin slices.

Gelatin (preferably in advance), pour 3 tbsp. of water to give him to swell. Then dissolve in a water bath or in the microwave for 1 minute

In the slightly cooled gelatin dipping plate of cucumbers (middle part, holding by the edges) and lay them criss-cross in bed with cling film small molds (1 mold with 3-4 plates). Molds put them in the fridge to solidify. Immediately add: it is better to take the molds a little deeper, i.e. more sharp edges and not too wide, and the cucumbers have to take longer - I have about 5-6 cm, but this is not enough)

Boiled vegetables cut into cubes. The beets are first mixed with 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil. Then the entire salad and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream, mix well.

Cucumber baskets, carefully remove from the molds to release from the film (it's easy) and fill with the vegetable salad. Decorate as desired. BON APPETIT
