Appetizer of zucchini in the Hungarian style
Vegetables are delicious, spicy, aromatic with notes of paprika and sour cream sour!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

1. Prepare the vegetables. Wash, dry and clean. Carrots cut into slices. Pepper, without seeds and cut into strips. Tomatoes cut into slices. Zucchini and onions cut into cubes.

2. Fry the onion until transparent.

3. Add paprika to the onions and fry over a slow fire. Then put carrots, peppers and cook them until soft.

4. Put the zucchini.

5. Add soy sauce and fry the vegetables on medium heat under a lid until tender zucchini.

6. Add tomatoes and gently stir. Vegetables should not turn into a mess.

7. Mix the flour with water to avoid lumps. Then mix flour with sour cream and finely chopped garlic.

8. Introduce vegetables in the flour mixture, salt, pepper and occasionally stir until small thickness.

9. Remove the pan from the heat, sprinkle the vegetables finely chopped herbs and served to the table. Bon appetit!
