Cooking

Soda I added, as the flour is sifted, the pancakes come out pretty loose and voluminous. For my taste, the soda will be felt, because the zucchini is very tender vegetable)))
10) Will fry in a pan (I recommend to take a frying pan with a diameter bigger) on medium heat. Well heats the pan with vegetable oil (I take a mixture of olive oil and sunflower).
11) spread one tablespoon with a slide a lot of zucchini in a hot pan with oil in my opinion, is "the same" amount for one muffin. Of course, you can try on your taste)))
