Fried two kinds of fish in a slow cooker
Delicious, fragrant dish of fish with the addition of mushrooms, potatoes and bell pepper. Cooked in a slow cooker "Vitek"-VT42 06-R.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    600 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

  • Dill

Slice the onions thin half-rings

Mushrooms cut into thin slices

Potatoes cut into slices thickness of 2-3 mm.

Bell pepper cut into cubes

Selectable mode "Browning", heat the oil and fry the onion until transparent.

Add the mushrooms and fry, stirring occasionally, 3-5 min. Add bell pepper and potatoes, stir.

Add the fish, salt, pepper, add spices for fish (optional) and cook 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. The lid does not close! The finished dish sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
