This is one of the favorite dishes in my family, it is more than 25 years, since we lived in Osh (Kyrgyzstan). As soon as I got multivarka VITEK VT-4204 GY, I immediately cooked this dish in it.

Cooking
This recipe I cooked in multivarka VITEK VT-4204 GY. Take the mutton and cut into thin strips.
Onions cut into half rings.
Mix lamb with onion, add salt to taste and Uzbek seasoning. It consists of: cumin, barberry, coriander, Bay leaf, ground black and red peppers.
Add wine vinegar, mix everything thoroughly and leave to marinate for at least an hour, but the more the better.
Take a slow cooker. Put on broiling mode.
Pour a Cup of vegetable oil.
As soon as the oil starts to "shkvorchat", put in a bowl multivarki marinated meat. Sauté the lamb with the lid open, stirring with a spatula for 10 minutes.
Measured multistation dry white wine.
Add the wine to the lamb.
Close the lid, set the slow cooker on mode "stewing" for 50 minutes.
Take garlic arrows, my. Remove slack ends. I foresee that many people have a problem with arrows. Likewise, according to this recipe, the lamb can be cooked with green beans, add garlic.
Cut garlic arrows with a length of 3-4 cm.
Add arrows (after 50 minutes) to the meat.
