My variation of the soup, very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Water

    3 l

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Cabbage

    250 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    7 tsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    5 piece

Cook beef broth (2 hours). To chop the cabbage. Potatoes cut. Carrots grate on a grater. Beets grate on a grater. Onion cut into

Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil.

Fry the beets with the juice of 1/2 lemon.

In the broth add the potatoes, boil 15 minutes, add the cabbage and boil for another 10 minutes.

Add the browned vegetables of onions and carrots, boil for 5 minutes.

Add the browned beets, spices: salt, sugar, lemon juice, black peppercorns, black pepper, Bay leaf, boil for 5 minutes.

Add the chopped dill and garlic. Soup off. Serve with sour cream or mayonnaise. Bon appetit!
