Chickpeas should be soaked at least 3 hours and rinse. I do it at night. Preparation of soup-occupied minimum time, but in the oven it languishes 2.5 hours. Vegetables and meat cut into medium-sized pieces.

Finely chop the tomatoes. For winter tomatoes, I added a spoonful of tomato paste for taste.
Boil 1,5 l of water. In a saucepan put the meat, all the vegetables, season with salt and spices. Bring again to a boil, cover and put in oven for 2.5 hours (temperature 180*)
