Cheesecakes with egg peas
Universal recipe, which are cooked sweet or savory syrnichki with filling.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

Everything is very plain. Eggs boil, cool, clean. Grate (or chop in a different way).

Curd grind through a sieve if too grainy. Add chopped boiled eggs + 1-2 pieces of raw, as long as the dough is not liquid! (you can of course add and a spoonful of flour in the dough, but don't do it, so as not to interrupt the taste of cheese). In this case, we add salt and pepper to taste.

The most interesting thing in this recipe that if you add salt - you will get salty cheesecakes with toppings, and if you add sugar - get dessert (only the peas must be young!). Polka dots I used young.

Wrap the peas in cheese-egg batter and form the product.

Roll in flour or bread crumbs and fry. Fry without fanaticism! (burnt and impregnated with grease is not good!)
